Elevated perch = better views. There are multiple exterior steps to the front door and additional stairs inside—please use care.

Families welcome. The home isn’t child-proofed and has many stairs; please supervise little ones.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire lake house, balcony and hot tub. Plenty of parking on property for vehicles and boats.

PLEASE READ - There is a burn ban notice due to severe fire hazard & red flag warnings for the Hill Country. We are currently not allowing guests to use the outdoor wood burning fire-pits.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE 7/24/2023. This is for Gillespie, Kendall, Blanco, Llano and Comal Counties. NO OPEN FIRES and NO SMOKING.

You are welcome to use gas fire pits and BBQ grills. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool off. We will take care of disposing of them properly.
